• Roof wash $500

  • Includes a basic exterior wash, materials, and roof sealant inspection)

• Hot water flush and inspection $200

• Furnace maintenance $250

• Fresh water system cleaning ( $300)

  • All water screens will be cleaned 

  • All water lines and holding tanks will be cleaned and thoroughly rinsed

• A/C maintenance and cleaning ( $600 per a/c unit)

  • A/C operations will be tested 

  • A/C interior & exterior will be thoroughly cleaned 

  • All A/Cwiring and connections will be inspected 

  • A condenser start and running amp draw test will be performed

  • NOTE: Some A/C manufacturers will give the A/C another 2-year manufacturer warranty if this maintenance is done and proper paperwork is submitted from the technician

• Wheel bearing repack ( $350 per axle)

  • All old grease will be removed. 

  • All bearings will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected. 

  • All drums will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected 

  • All rear seals will be replaced with a new seal 

  • All brake pads will be cleaned and inspected 

  • All break operations will be tested 

  • Brakes will be adjusted if need 

 

• Sealant inspection $250

  • Complete overlook inspection of all sealants

  • Includes minor sealant touch-ups)

• Full roof reseal $720 (materials are not included)

  • All areas will be thoroughly cleaned 

  • If needed the old sealant will be removed 

 

• Slide maintenance $200 / per slide out

  • Includes rubber seal and dry lubricants) Inspection of all interior & exterior seals 

  • Inspection of all mechanical & moving parts of the slide-out 

  • Spray rubber seal conditioning on all exterior seals 

  • Spray dry lube on all through frame slide out rams 

  • Test all slide-out operations. ▪ NOTE; if any issues are found while performing the maintenance, an additional 1 hour diag will be requested to further investigate the issue
